ADVANCED Inverted PPL Split
PPL stands for Push, Pull, Legs. This program is what I call an "Inverted PPL", where instead of training Chest/Triceps (Push), Back/Biceps (Pull), and Legs, you train Chest/Biceps, Back/Triceps, and Legs. It's not any more or less optimal than a regular PPL, but it was the choice of the client who originally ordered it. Since the time of its order, it has been modified and de-personalized to make it better for general use.

To use, enter the sheet, and at the top right, click File and then Make a Copy. You can then log your weights, reps, days, etc. as instructed in the program.

Each program has hours of work and careful consideration put into it, not to mention thousands of hours of my own research to help create the best, most optimal programs possible.
