Let's go through some options together, and you can determine what's right for you.
The image above is a day from one of my free programs!
These are elite, high level programs, carefully crafted and always kept up to date with the latest science.
These free programs have just as much care and effort put into them as my custom, personalized programs. Despite this, they are generalized programs made to appeal to as many as possible. This can make them less fun, efficient, and optimal compared to a program that is personalized to your taste.
If you ever have any questions on the specific choices made for these programs, you can visit the program breakdown which is linked within the Google Sheet, or you can simply email me (chase.bodybuilder@gmail.com) or message me on Instagram (chase.bodybuilder)
Everyone has different goals, and sometimes these free programs may not perfectly fit the goals you have in mind. Maybe you have a weak point that you're trying to bring up. Maybe you like the training split, but not the exercise selection. Maybe you don't have access to all the equipment needed. Maybe you want your program to be optimized specifically to your gym to make your workouts go faster. Or maybe your favorite split isn't available as a free program yet. Whatever the case, the custom programs provided by Chasing Iron do NOT disappoint.
Chasing Iron custom programs are catered toward your exact goals, ensuring you make the progress and see the results that you're hoping for. They are handcrafted, taking into consideration your preferences, availability, experience, injury/mobility, and any other factor that could influence your training.
Constant communication is a vital piece of these programs. Not only will I coordinate with you to make this program as specific to you as possible, but I will send consistent check in texts/emails, and can be sent videos to check form and be asked questions about anything lifting-related for the full duration of the 8 or 16 weeks. Extensions can be made to the program as well.
They are generally written to last 8 weeks, but can go for as long as you'd like to use them for.
Programs do NOT include direct in-person coaching. Individual sessions can be purchased with a program.
Regardless of experience, One-on-one in-person coaching is incredibly valuable if you're someone who's seriously committed to their goals.
For beginners, learning correct form is CRUCIAL. Accidentally learning incorrect or unsafe form and picking up bad lifting habits is one of the worst mistakes you can make in the gym. Once that bad form gets locked in, it can be incredibly tough to correct. Fully understanding even just the absolute basics of training can be incredibly difficult without a coach. Trust me, I remember what it was like to start from the ground up. In-person coaching is the best way to ensure your training looks and feels as smooth as it should, to get the most out of your time and effort.
For advanced trainees, in-person coaching is just as valuable, as it allows trainees to further understand their training at a deeper level. Smaller details like execution, setup, tempo, and more make a massive difference once the basics are mastered, and those details are easiest to refine in-person. Live feedback helps identify weak links, inefficiencies, and limiting habits that are hard to notice on your own. It also allows for real-time adjustments based on how you move, recover, and respond to training on that day. The goal isn’t to relearn the basics, but to sharpen what you already do well and push progress further with precision.
Chasing Iron digital coaching is built around individualized programming, detailed guidance, and ongoing communication, without being limited by location. For beginners, digital coaching provides a clear roadmap through what can otherwise be an overwhelming process. Learning how to train properly, understanding exercise selection, volume, progression, and recovery, and avoiding common beginner mistakes is difficult without guidance. Digital coaching ensures you’re building good habits from day one, using clear instructions, cues, and structure so your time and effort are actually productive.
For advanced trainees, digital coaching becomes a tool for precision and long-term progression. Programming is tailored to your goals, recovery capacity, strengths, and weak points, rather than generic templates. Ongoing check-ins, video review, and feedback allow for adjustments to execution, loading, volume, and overall strategy as your training evolves. The goal isn’t supervision for the sake of it, but direction, accountability, and intelligent decision-making so every phase of training moves you closer to your best physique.
