Interested in purchasing a custom, personalized program tailored to your needs? Look no further. Everyone has different goals, and sometimes my free programs may not be a perfect fit for you. Whatever the case, the custom programs provided by Chasing Iron do NOT disappoint.
Chasing Iron custom programs are catered toward your exact goals, ensuring you make the progress and see the results that you're hoping for. They are handcrafted, taking into consideration your preferences, availability, experience, injury/mobility, and any other factor that could influence your training.
Constant communication is a vital piece of these programs. Not only will I coordinate with you to make this program as specific to you as possible, but I will send consistent check in texts/emails, and can be sent videos to check form and be asked questions about anything lifting-related for the full duration of the 8/16 weeks.
For the full duration of your program (either 8 or 16 weeks), I will answer ANY and ALL questions that you have, whether they're about the program, nutrition, training in general, sleep, bodybuilding, or even some non-fitness related topics.
Programs do NOT include direct in-person coaching. Individual training sessions can be purchased with a program, but no more than 4 may be purchased.

Are you a MacroFactor Workouts user? For no additional fee, I will turn your custom program into a MacroFactor workout, that can be simply imported into the app.

In-Person training sessions can be incredibly valuable. Being presented with a full program, without guidance, can lead to confusion, injury, and subpar training. My personal recommendation as a coach would be to order as many In-Person training sessions as you have unique days in your workout.
For example, for an Upper/Lower program, I'd recommend two in-person training sessions, one for an upper body day and one for a lower body day. For a Push/Pull/Legs program, I'd recommend three in-person training sessions, one for each day of the split.
2/3/4 full 60-90 minute workouts, going through your customized program, learning exercises, proper form/technique, intensity techniques, and other tips and tricks to push your training to the next level
Coaching on bracing, breathing, warming up, and setup mechanics
Injury-prevention principles and safe lifting habits
Guided RPE/RIR practice to learn how to gauge effort/intensity accurately
Leave feeling confident in your new program and in yourself
There is flexibility when it comes to where we train. In-person sessions can take place at one of the following options:
I’m a member of an LA Fitness in northern Illinois, and can provide you with a complimentary 7-day guest pass for that location so you can train there at no additional cost.
Prefer another gym? No problem. I’m happy to meet you at a different gym that’s convenient for you, within Illinois. If the gym requires a day pass or guest fee for me to attend, that cost will be added to your training session price.
There is no rescheduling fee for being unable to meet on agreed upon session dates. If rescheduling or canceling a session is required, let me know as soon as possible. Missed sessions can be moved/rescheduled into subsequent months, but cannot be refunded. A minimum of 1 hour's notice is required for guaranteed rescheduling. Sessions missed/cancelled with less than an hour's notice in advance will only be rescheduled at my discretion, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
Arriving more than 45 minutes late to a session with a previously agreed upon time will result in that session being rescheduled.
Program delivery date may vary.
Without additional in-person training sessions ordered, delivery is within 7 days of transaction.
With additional in-person training sessions ordered, delivery is within 5 days of transaction, and finalization within 3 days of the final in-person session, to allow for adjustments to be made after in-person sessions conclude.
